What this site is
A personal site: a professional biography and writing about coaching and player development. It does not sell anything, take bookings, or create any relationship between us. Reading an article does not make you a client and does not make me your coach.
The writing is commentary, not advice
Articles here describe approaches to training, conditioning and program building in general terms. They are not coaching instructions for a particular athlete, and they are not medical, safety or professional advice. Water polo and swim training carry physical risk, and what suits one athlete can injure another. Decisions about a specific athlete belong to the people who can actually assess them — their coach, and where relevant a physician or qualified trainer.
Accuracy
Articles are written carefully and reflect a view at the time of writing. Sport, rules and my own thinking all move on, and pages are not systematically revisited. Nothing here is guaranteed to be current or complete.
Roles and organisations
This site describes my work with organisations including Gator Water Polo and the Florida Nessies. It is my personal site: the views here are mine and are not published on behalf of those organisations, and nothing here binds them.
Using the content
The words and photographs are mine or used with permission. Quote a passage and link back and there is no need to ask. Republishing an article in full, or using the photographs commercially, needs written permission first.
Links out
Links to Medium, Instagram, Crunchbase, Gator Water Polo, SwimTec and elsewhere are for convenience. Those sites are not under my control, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about this site belongs to the state or federal courts serving Alachua County, Florida.

These terms may be revised; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a revision means accepting it.
